Dear Kristen

I have down load a few movies from KB Website while succesfully but, I have recently relocated where the internet is really slow and it can take up to 7 hours to download a dvd.  Will it be possibel for the webmaster to send a dvd download via the internet.

Unfortunately, the problem is your internet connection. It's not possible to ¨send¨ a DVD over the internet; all you can do is download it. Perhaps you could try to get a fiberoptic internet connection, which is about 10 times faster than a standard connection. If that's not possible, you might consider purchasing the DVD.

Thank you for your responce

I am currently residing in Malawi(Africa).  I am really dedicated  fan of your work.  I was hoping that you would be accomodating towards your members who do not have proper internet connection. 

I was hoping after purchasing the online version, you can download the online version on behalf of your members and then email them the online version and not the "actual dvd"  Its really difficult to get hold of your movies into Malawi since porn is a criminal offence.

I am proposing a online version of your actual purchase of dvd process. 

Kristen, I am asking you to look into a alternative way to bring your prodiuct to your memebrs.

Your consideration will appreciated.

Christo, I wish we were able to send you a DVD download by e-mail, but unfortunately, that's not the way the internet works. A film is a far too large of a file to send as an e-mail attachment.

There is an option we can offer you; we can send you links from the individual scenes from any DVD you purchase at the price of single DVD download. That way, you will be able to download the scenes one at a time. So, there will be less chance of any download errors, and individual scenes won't anywhere take as long to download as entire films. You'll need to download them one at a time.

If you want to try that option, when you make your next VOD purchase, forward your receipt to us at onlinestore@kristenbjorn.com and request the film be resent to you in in individual scene links.
